材料与步骤
明虾250克,鸡蛋清半个,小馄饨皮100张,葱、姜、料酒、盐、色拉油适量

1 准备好新鲜明虾。

6 取一张馄饨皮摊在手心,放上一点馅。

7 包起来后轻轻一捏,馄饨就做好了。

8 把所有的皮都包完。

9 烧开一锅水,下入小馄饨。待水烧开、小馄饨都浮上水面即可捞出盛入碗中。
记住这些小细节
1.因为在馅里加了蛋清,煮熟后馅会膨胀,所以千万不要放太多的馅,以免馄饨难熟、难吞咽,否则孩子吃时容易卡喉。
2.小馄饨的保存:在托盘底撒上干粉,将包好的馄饨互不粘连地放置在托盘上,放入冰箱冷冻。一个小时后将全部冻硬的馄饨取出来,装入保鲜袋,再放入冰箱冷冻保存即可。
