原料
豇豆---------300克
鲜姜---------25克
鲜红辣椒------15克
调料
精盐---------1小匙
味精-------1/2小匙
白糖-------1/2小匙
胡椒粉-----1/2小匙
香油-------1/2小匙
植物油-------1大匙
制作步骤
1 鲜姜用清水浸泡并洗净,取出削去外皮,切成大块,放入榨汁机内,加入少许清水和精盐榨取姜汁。
2 鲜红辣椒去蒂和籽,洗净,切成细丝,放入热油锅中煸炒片刻,出锅。
3 豇豆掐去两端,洗净,切成小段,放入沸水锅中焯烫至熟透,捞出过凉,沥净水分。
4 将豇豆段放入容器内,加入姜汁和红辣椒丝调匀,再加入少许精盐、味精、白糖、胡椒粉和香油搅匀入味,盖上盖,放入冰箱内冷藏至凉,食用时取出即成。
